Dude, I love The Icicle Works. They were one of my all time favorite bands back then. I must have listened to that album a million times. I remember being thrown off by their later more aggressive "biker" sound.
Funny. Just realized you got this off of AVATV. I set that blog up for me and a couple of close friends to put up music videos.
